Anthony Wayne Building Condominiums
Originally an office building built in the 1960s, Design Collaborative was engaged to renovate this structure into a modern mid-rise residential tower. Spectacular city and courthouse views were captured by removing old windows and opening up the exterior wall to become almost entirely glass. The condo building features a retail component on the first floor, offering a fitness tenant, bank, and a first floor restaurant.
“Design Collaborative has proven to be an excellent choice to partner with us in the redevelopment of the Anthony Wayne Building from a commercial office building into a residential, commercial, and retail development. Their Architects, Engineers, and Designers shared our vision in renewing an outdated and underutilized building. Their commitment to innovative design and value engineering allowed us to modernize the building in a cost effective manner. The brisk sales of the condominiums and the fully leased commercial space are a testament to their partnership with us in this project. The renovations have brought new life and excitement to the building and the surrounding downtown area that will benefit the citizens of Fort Wayne for many years to come.”
