Quincy Broadcasting – WPTA-TV & WISE-TV

Quincy Broadcasting’s renovation added two new television studios into one broadcasting space shared by two news stations. A larger studio was created for WPTA-TV, with an adjacent smaller studio for WISE-TV. A new green room, sports room, and waiting room were added. Each is connected by the open newsroom in the center of the space. Quincy wanted their newscasters to have the ability to broadcast breaking news from their desks. In the event of breaking news, WPTA-TV can film their anchors live at their desks with the buzzing newsroom as the background.

The exterior was transformed for a clean, updated look. The building is decorated with colors from the news stations’ logo and branding.
